We hope you love your new hat. Each piece we offer is carefully crafted with attention to detail. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original tags and packaging. You’re welcome to try your hat on—just as you would in-store—but please don’t wear it for an extended period.

Please note: Returns for online purchases must be processed online and cannot be accepted at JJ Hat Center retail stores. Items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days for store credit only, with a receipt and in like-new condition. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

Return Process

Step 1

Fill out the returns form included and place it in the package along with the item you're returning, or start a return on our website and follow the instructions.

Step 2

Securely package the item and drop it off with your preferred shipping carrier. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Step 3

You'll receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Unless otherwise specified, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at JJHatCenter.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to the original place of purchase or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive your return for processing. Refunds typically take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
