We hope you love your new hat. Every piece we offer is crafted with care and attention to detail. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and include all original tags and packaging. You’re welcome to try your hat on—just as you would in-store—but it must not be worn for an extended period.

Please note: Returns for online purchases must be processed online and cannot be accepted at retail stores. Items purchased in-store may be returned within 14 days for store credit only, with a receipt and in like-new condition. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.

Return Process

Step 1

Start your return online through your customer account and follow the instructions provided.

Step 2

Carefully pack your item in a secure box and ship it with the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us your tracking number to ensure faster processing of your return.

Step 3

Once your return has been received and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless otherwise requested.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
